Through my 12-year teaching, I have had brilliant students, and have admired the experience of always coming across new ways of approaching a theme so that it is enjoyable and pleasurable for the student I teach.
How I teach
The training viewpoint of mine is student-focused: my aim is always to establish an encouraging, stimulating and pleasant environment for learning to do well.
I react actively to the necessities of every learner I teach, forming my teaching technique in the way that it fully complies with their individuality and abilities.
I also believe that children understand good as they're working on practical things connected with their studies. This represents using games, writing tasks, drawing pictures, making rhymes, student presentations, and other styles of interaction, which makes students energised and excited relating to the topic.
I train expertly and effortlessly, rapidly figuring out areas for improvement, later applying elementary pattern spotting strategies (in case it is necessary). I prioritise generating basic tasks for the student produce their special perception of the study. I adore physics and mathematics, and I never get bored of discussing and uncovering these topics with my students. It is a great satisfaction to discover fascinating and new methods of presenting the material so that it is always fresh and interesting for the student and for me. My learners in the past have always given me really positive testimonials on our lessons.
The psychology of tutoring maths
Through patience, humour, and encouragement, I permanently make every effort to teach my students that they can much more than they imagine.
I consider that my desire to revise teaching approaches in compliance with the necessities of scholars, subject matter, and scholar demographics are all important for me to be efficient as a tutor.
I base my teaching on the position that the sole way to study mathematics is to do maths. Though the theory is useful, the true understanding comes through personal experience at solving mathematical issues, either computational, theoretical, or both.
I have also determined that creating assignments that directly relate to the learner's personal life can help out their learning the theme and comprehension its usage.
